But wait, there's more

What's funny about the things hiding in the crevices is that there's a lot of lovey-dovey crap in there. There was the "Last in bed, put out the light" photo in my last post, which I now know to be stereoscopic (although I'm not sure if I want to see that guy's mutton chops in 3D.)

Here's what we found in the wall last year when we ripped out the old tub and pantry downstairs. A little blond-haired boy and a little black-haired girl ripped out of a book.  They look shy.



And here's what we found in the ceiling rip-down.
 

See the rivet on the handkerchief around his neck?  The parrot and his arm with the heart flag actually swing back and forth, and it had a little stand in the back so you can prop it up.  

In the past two years, we have been inspired to have incredible Valentine's Day celebrations with lobster, cheap champagne, skiing, and great friends.  Maybe it's because of the love in the walls!
